We need 64 enthusiastic leaders aged 18 and above who want to be part of this big vision, people who are passionate about spreading God’s love across Ireland. We need people who are prepared to be challenged and stretched. People who will lead, inspire and pour energy into the team, leaders who have a big heart for people, both on your team and those in the community where you will be
working.
What’s Involved?
You will attend a training residential on 12th - 14th March that will help prepare you for leading a team. During this time all logistics will be covered as well as some quality leadership training. You will be matched with a location in the Spring of 2010 and you can begin planning the programme for your team. It will be your responsibility to liaise with your location and YFC to come up with an action plan that will suit and meet the needs of the area you will be working in. You will be supported and guided throughout the process.
